Instructions
This assignment is a follow on from the Change Initiative Proposal (Statement of Purpose) you completed during week 4 and the draft you completed during week 6. Take into account the peer feedback you received during week 6. Decide what feedback you want to include and what feedback you do not want to include. You are the author of your paper and it is your responsibility to decide what feedback you will accept.
Your Change Initiative Proposal should minimally include:

Case/Client Background
Purpose
Objectives
Expected Outcomes
Primary and Secondary Participants
Project Scope (possible phases) and Time Frame
Project Leaders
Recommended Assessment Models or Tools. Research beyond course material. Each method should be cited.

How to Measure Results (connect with Objectives and Expected Outcomes)
Implementation Schedule
Budget (Time and/or Money)
Sustainability of Project
Conclusion
Written Paper (400 points)
Presentation (200 points)
You have a creative space for your presentation. The presentation is meant to showcase your skills in OD and your ability to explain your proposal in a way that convinces your stakeholders to go with your plan for change. Utilizing an appreciative inquiry along with other strategies we have learned throughout this class is very helpful with persuasive and clear communication.
You are pitching your proposal. Focus on why it is important to the stakeholders and organization. Pitch from the perspective of Whats In It For Them (WIIFM). Keep in mind that everyone listens to the radio station WIIFM. Keep the focus of the presentation on their needs rather than your proposal.
