Talk about the drugs effects on patient (kinetics & dynamics briefly), use highest level pharmacological information, since you are doing advanced pharmacology. Talk about Ethical Moral & Legal aspects of this error & how you will rectify the issue. Talk about long term consequences of opioid prescriptions. Give information as short paragraphs, not big blobs.

Use peer reviewed scholarly reference articles, provider/clinician based, not patient based, from peer reviewed, current US based journals. Use of non-scholarly references, especially patient based, is absolutely not acceptable at post graduate, clinician level education.
