After you read the instruction uploaded, I would like country A to be Canada and country B to be China. using the third option which is to choose two countries where a RIGHT and/or FREEDOM is legally protected, however, the legal protections are SIGNIFICANTLY more LIMITED or RESTRICTED in one country compared to the other. The RIGHT I prefer is MOBILITY RIGHT, explaining how and why this right is different or restricted. There is a lot more information within the document I uploaded.
