Influence of leadership style on employees’ performance in establishments In Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

I uploaded my questionnaire that was distributed in the Tabuk region, Saudi Arabia to hospitals universities, banks and some companies.
647 participants were collected.

Hypothesis
H1: There is a significant relationship between leadership styles and employees performance
H2: There is a significant relationship between leadership styles and employee
organizational commitment.

U will make the research  depends on the questionnaire and I uploaded also one research as a role model for my research.

The instruction will be  like

    Abstract
    Introduction
    General statement (1-2 paragraphs)
    Explain research problem (1 paragraph)
    The Debate If there is one (1-2 Paragraphs
    Whats you are going to study in this paper (In this study I will ) (1-2 Paragraphs)
    The study sections or parts (This study divided to sections) (1 Paragraph)
    Literature review (5-8 Paragraph … use whatever reviews to support your paper)
    Methodology (how and where youre going to analyze and collect data (2-3Pharagraph)
    Analysis questionnaire
    Conclusion (2-3 Paragraphs)
    References
