Non-Governmental Response to Disaster

Non-Governmental agencies play a significant role in all phases of disaster management. Using the classroom lectures, chapter 8 of the text book and one outside source discuss in a two page paper how non-governmental agencies assist in domestic and international disaster recovery and how those agencies attempt to partner with the local government authorities with as little conflict as possible. Use real world examples of non-governmental participation in these events to help illustrate your points.
