Use the attached CSV data file and R-programming language to complete the project

Project goal:  You are an analyst at JD.com. Your boss has asked you to identify whether discounted products are correlated with certain combinations of age groups and genders. Such knowledge could guide targeted discount campaigns and coupon campaigns.

To answer this question, you will need:

Identify a dependent variable.
Identify the focal independent variables that answer the question.
Identify other independent variables that control for effects that are not relevant to the focal question.
Profile the data.
Do any necessary feature engineering.
Plot at least two relevant/informative figures.
Select a basic model. What do you find?
Are there other models you can try?
Do your results remain robust across different modeling choices? What do you conclude?
Are your findings causal? What are some limitations of your study?
Submit a 3-page report (excluding figures and Tables) that discusses these five points.
